Egyptian Royal Jelly is Moona's recipe Inspired by the ancient Egyptian technique of slowly simmering for days and days rare, exotic woods and resins in pure olive oil to achieve this superior, deep red hued "jelly" balm like moisturizer.
It truly is a unique type of moisturizer. Moona has been making this recipe for almost 30 years now and she is bringing it back by popular demand!
Ingredients include: Olive oil, Red Sandalwood, Amber resin, Alkanet root, Apricot kernel oil, Borage oil, essential oils of Frankincense, Vetiver and Nutmeg are just a few of the many different natural oils used to make this a smoky, divine resinous indulgence. The Alkanet root makes this balm a reddish hue, does not stain your skin , but please use caution on light colored fabrics.
These balms come in a 40ml glass jar.
* Note about volume of jars: Last collection I listed two sizes of jars- 40 and a 30 ml, I listed two sizes of jars, because I thought I had received too small of jars from my supplier, but in actuality the second batch of jars were much too large and threw off my batch numbers( it didn't make the amount it normally does and my batch ran short so I had to make another) so I did a check on the volume holding captivity in both jars and the large one held 55ml instead of 40ml that i thought i bought, and what I thought were too small of jars are actually 40ml and not 30 ml as they were listed by my supplier. yes, my head is spinning too, thank you for reading this far. So going forward, I will only have them listed as 40ml and double check before I pour the jelly in so I don't come up short again. But this batch listed today is already made , so no worries there! OMG!
